As a store , this branch is pretty well maintained. We can easily find what we want. Items are well organised. The only downside I see is vegetables. Generally by evening all the veges become dried out and lifeless. ill maintenance of leafy vegetables. Other than this run the branch pretty organised. In general, across MORE stores they ask for mobile number before billing. This is a forceful act. Neither we receive the bill on mobile nor we see how many points got added. So what is the use of taking mobile number. And the greatest problem is, billing process doesn't happen without giving a mobile number. Correction of system is very important as per GDPR policy. Birla group take a note of it.

Good place to make a quick stop for groceries or a quick snack. They have a well stocked inventory covering a range of everyday items. There is definitely scope for improvement in terms of customer services. I've been going here for the past 3-4 years and I am yet to see what benefits exist with their free membership. You may find yourself waiting in line longer than you want to but you'll probably walk out with what you wanted to buy.
The offer price which is displayed on the rack will not be applied in the bill. They bill for MRP. This happens mainly when we take many items/ products at a time. They think that customers won't cross check the long bill. If we ask about this, the staff simply replies that the offers were old offers. This is happening every time. If we insist them to remove the offer price tag from the racks as they are not applicable, then the staff gives us products for offer price. If u don't want to get cheated, cross check the price of every item in the bill.
Variety of items r their. still need to be price comparative to other easy option available in and around the area. quality vise some items are good. Veg is not so fresh compare to the local market.
