Amazing faculty. Great group yoga classes. The faculty is highly qualified. Must join if you are 40 +. Two wonderful world class yoga gurus Lalit Madan Sir and Shashank sir. They have different styles but both are world class. ONE Must do yoga after 40 for mental and Physical health. Great training environment here.
Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga is a world class institute for Yoga education. On my friends recommendation, I enrolled myself for the September Month Foundation Course. This 50 hours course costed me only Rs 3,000 but the learnings were invaluable. Sharad Munde Sir along with other faculty members taught us in an engaging, relatable, methodical manner that we really got inspired to practise Yoga on a daily basis. Complex ideas were made us understand in a light-hearted and conversational yet effective manner. Things I really loved in this Yoga institute - helpful and supportive faculty members - prompt response for queries from reception - Quality education with affordable fee for all the available courses. - Students are inspired to ask questions so that there doubts are cleared - Inspirational faculty members lead students by their dedication and deep knowledge of Yoga - Beautiful campus in the lap of mother nature - Canteen is clean and well mantained. In just one month course I am able to see positive changes within me with regular practise of yoga. I have witnessed high energy level, better flexibility, strength and deep relaxation. Because of all these high positives and high education standards, I have further taken up 6 months Wellness course here and I highly recommend this institute.

This place is good for education, health and medical purposes They have a small institute in comparison to other colleges but the course they provide is very valuable. They also have a medical team who work in health related problems like diabetic, asthma, partial palsy etc. Treatment is very affordable Dr consultant 50 rupee And yoga therapy is 150 rupee per day etc
I pursued DYSc from here. The institution provides basic to advanced traditional Yoga practices including sukshmavyayamas, sthulvyayamas, pranayamas, asanas and dhyana among others.
