Not so great experience but a worth a try

Vary unprofessional behaviour staffs are rude.I was here to book deluxe room for my guest when I went to check the room before booking I found rooms are not clean and hygiene,they denied me to took photos and videos.I have been going to many big hotels in berhampur but this experience happened for the first time,in same price you will get better room than this,specially visitors don't go here.

Location near aims hospital. But room and bed is very darty

The hotel staff are extremely pathetic and not helpful. I came here for a night hault and my friend had booked a deluxe room no.107. There was some leakage in the bathroom and the air condition was also not working properly!! Not recommended for any visitor especially for people like me !!

Well bahavior of staff rooms are also good

The food is good, tasty and plenty. But the service, hospitality of the waiters and management leaves a lot to be desired. They are unusually brusque, do not offer to serve the dishes, don't turn on the fans/AC when told to (they keep them off all the time until a customer asks them to), don't provide finger bowls, and after all that, expect a tip. Once they took an hour to serve us, instead first serving food to two tables who came after us, while making us wait. Wouldn't recommend this if not for the good food.

The location of the hotel is at a good place, easily accessible, and the reception is good. One might not find much hustle and bustle except for every now and then. The quality and presentation of the food is good. Would definitely pay a visit again.
