I had gone to this Supermarket on Sunday. On sundays they open at 10am. I went there at 10.02am and they had jus opened right there at that time not even on time. And once i asked them about entering the guy who was there told me to wait for 5min systems has to be switched on. I told them by the time i take the things i want,it will be ready. I dont have to wait for the system to switch on to take the things i want. When i stated that, a lady came and told that they have prayer. Only after that they will let the customers in. I have to wait 10min. What the hell is this service. U guys already opened 2min late. And customer has to wait for 10min to enter so that your internal things has to sort out like prayer, switching on system and all. Thats a very bad service and experience which i had from Moolan. I am a regular customer there and this is how you treat your customers? Making them wait so that the internal affairs has to sort out. It should be done b4 the opening time. And staffs should be ready to attend the customers who come at opening time. First time am having a bad experience at your store and this is not acceptable. The guy was like he dont care if i go to other store and purchase. Thats how he talked like he doesnt need that sale. This is poor management. Rectify the mistake and behave to the customers properly.
