My shopping experience at this supermarket was quite satisfactory. The store was well-organized and had a wide range of products available, from groceries to household items. The aisles were clean and easy to navigate, making the shopping process efficient. The staff was helpful when needed, but not overly intrusive. The prices were reasonable, and there were various discounts and offers available. Overall, it's a convenient place to get your shopping done, with a good selection of products and a pleasant shopping environment.

Visited the new building of Moolans Family Mart. It has a vast parking space in the front itself. They provide a varied collection of necessary items which are arranged excellently. One could get whatever they need from this shopping center.

Very Good shopping mall with lots of helpful staffs. Well organized items, so your shopping experience becomes more comfortable. Only problem limited car parking area. Even big supply vehicles coming anytime during the day, that makes parking area becomes more tight. In car parking area security guard always available .

One of the oldest supermarkets in town. Shopping from here for many years. Membership cards can be helpful to get products at a discounted rate. The only problem is the lack of parking space.

Very bad customer service. They don't trust the customers and thinks everyone is coming to steal things. .I had brought a steel idiyappam tool from home and that too in a yellow transparent cover to compare and buy one more of same size. When I took it out and was checking the size , one saleswoman came suddenly asking from where I took it. Her behaviour was as if I came to steal it. They didn't even have the size I wanted and also only brass tool not steel was available. If they don't trust customers they should lock the bags before we enter. This is not the way to treat others who shops for thousands of rupees. Never seen this kind of behaviour in any of the other supermarkets.This is second similar trust issue experience facing in Moolans. Had experienced similar in old Moolans store and had stopped going there. Came here to check out the new shop. Also none of the salesperson are friendly and none of them have full knowledge of items in their sections. When I asked for some items, they said not available, but I myself had searched and found them.Only advantage is ample parking and spacious store.

Loussy Customer Service and treating Customers like thieves. The only mistake I did was I was shopping from here regularly and that too for 1000s of Rupees every week. They neither provide Carry Bags to the Customers nor allow them to carry their own Bags. Today they had issued me a Token and taken my Carry Bags and ket it in the Shelf at the frintbarea. But when I returned the Token in the Counter, they accepted it and was not willing to return my bags even after the entire billing was complete and even the payment was also made. They were creating a drama so that I ll buy new Carry Bags from them. When I told them that it is very bad service, they were arguing with me. May God bless such Organization with Arrogant behaviour and unethical approach to the Customers.
