Awesome place in Salem ,peaceful and blissful. There is park around the lake and boating is also there ,if you wish to go you can .Mookaneri consists of small island like trees surrounded in it .
Lake was clean and neat especially in rainy days when the water level is high it looks even more beautiful but the park needs some maintenance. Swings and the pathway there is not so good. But the park is clean and natural. You can feel the nature's essence there. Especially in the evening the whole experience is different. The climate and sunset makes it more pleasant and calming. Definitely visit this place before sunset. Best place to relax and enjoy with nature
Amazing place in Salem. If it has proper maintainance surely it will attract lot of tourist. If you come early you can see lot of birds. Need more boats to allowed with proper security. Best place to bring your kids and they will acquire some knowledge about nature. Cons there is no shops to buy food, better can carry food. Government should take measure to proper maintainance and have to add some water related activities. Here you will buy fresh fish at morning..
