Mookanana is located in evergreen forest area near Bisle Ghat. Here the rooms are half-egg-shaped which boast a unique cottage structure, with their tops adorned by charming creepers. The Restaurant is very vast offers a panoramic view, while the pool area provides an amazing sight and reception area treats us to a beautiful view of Western Ghats. Staffs are very good and friendly, ensuring a delightful stay in the core of western ghat.

Stay- Comfortable Food- Very good Staff- Helpful Visited Mookanana for a day with parents. It was one of the memorable trips we have had. Keep patience while reaching the place since it's very inskirt. But once you reach here, you will not have any regrets. Property is well maintained and the room was neat and apt. We stayed in Manike and it was one of its kind. Staff is very helpful. Food is homely with good no. of items. I would suggest that you should add few more snacks during tea time. We loved kayaking and nature walk here. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful experience..which I had never experienced .. Rooms are very good and they maintain cleanliness and very hygiene . Good was extraordinary... We have so many near by trekking place and it had a wonderful swimming pool and gaming activities.. Thank you mookanana ..it was really good .

PROS. ##Super good location and the property is located in the dense coffee beans estate.You can enjoy with family and very safe place. ##You have kids oriented activities like play area, indoor games,swimming pool and kayaking etc. ##Food is good and you get non-veg like fish and chicken ##Never miss the off-road trip arranged by Mr.Harsha (charge is bit costly) but worth for the adventurous experience you get through it. ## Local people/drivers are super good in nature and they guide you for any queries ##Manager Mr Guru is always available at your service and you can get best deals in weekdays rather than weekends CONS. ## We experienced same food menu both on Friday and Saturday night. ##Bedspread and pillow covers looked dirty and they replaced after we complained. My suggestions ## If you go with kids ,purchase all snacks and other eatable food items from outside because you don't have any shops nearby. ## Better contact Mr. Guru directly through their website and get your doubts clarified and he will sure give you best deals if you are a big group. ## Carry your own alcohol.

Hospitality services in this resort is very nice and we had received a very warm welcome, mentioning about the staffs they are incredibly attentive and friendly and they are knowledgeable about the local areas for providing recommendations. The resort restaurant blends with a heart shape glazed mark overlooking a heart shape lake for kaya king which I felt a very nice view. This resort restaurant serve up a delicious array of Buffet dishes from traditional south Indian to north Indian (veg and non-veg) and the freshed locally sourced ingredients' add a touch of flavor to dish. At the end of this journey we had a natures walk in that we had explored a surrounding forests, ancient trees, plethora of wildlife which ensures the study of local flora and fauna. Another uniqueness we found in this resort is they had put on the toposheet maps in the resort which explains about the geographical features of west flowing rivers and surrounding irrigation and power projects which is very knowledgeable especially for students who are more aspiring in learning. Overall in my experience I had a blissful and memorable stay to cherish for a lifetime. Highly recommend this resort stay for every sector of peoples for enjoying as well as Knowledge grabbing.

Very good property to visit. The villas are uniquely designed and spacious. Room service can be improved. I missed my bag in reception and drove back home. Big thanks to Mr Guru for helping and bringing bag to Bangalore.
