Moois Residency - Hotel in Kannur - Kannur, India

I was booked n I went there for check in , then I visited the rooms it's not clean bathrooms had very stinking n bad smell. Floor very dirty. Room size is spacious but very pathetic maintenance so I was decided to go to another hotel. Didn't stay in Moois. Very near to KSRTC bus station. Walkable distance

Good location. Well behaved staff. Good service. There is no restaurant in the hotel ,only a setback.... Hope the management will consider soon

Amazing place and very good service.Located at walkable distance from Ksrtc bus stand and auto stand is also near by courteous staffs and Rooms are best and good service. Many restaurants are near to the hotel and ideal for stay with family as well. Definitely recommend this place to stay in Kannur

Really Awesome.. Booked via goibibo app and reasonable price. (Standard AC room) Completely satisfied *Room is neat and clean *Water bottle provide *Room size and bathroom is good *Reception people very responsive. Cons; *Need to improve AC. not getting that much cool *Very less parking under ground ( max 6 cars). But you can park outside as well. *No RO water facility

We had booking with them for the Deluxe room(310 sq ft) for 30th Dec & 31st dec, 2022. However, when we reached, they provided us Executive room(250 sq ft), which was downgraded room in comparison to what we have booked. Hotel staff confirmed us the same that it was the downgraded version room, when we raised concern, they asked us to connect with travel portal team for refund of the difference amount. Later, when travel portal team connected with hotel manager for the confirmation of the same, they completely denied that it was downgrade in comparison to what we have booked instead they mentioned it was upgraded room which they have provided to us. Completely LYING about the same. I don't think with this type of behavior they can survive much in hospitality industry. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! ! The door did not seem secure and was not evened out so bugs got in easily. The second room was full of gnats.

Room are having insects on bed & on floor also not clean many days may be Very disappointed, No room cleaning was done when key handed over full day. Will not recommended
