Mood Bar & Restaurant - Bar in Hooghly, Bangihati - Hooghly, India

Regarding my last visit in the said hotel we have booked the Executive Room, no 104 from 11.03.2022 to 12.03.2022 which is as per category said to be the upper category room but the the fact is it is worthless and the money is wasted totally. The light of the entrance, above the main door is not working so it is very difficult to open the main door when there is no sunlight. You have to struggle lot. The balcony has the see view which is the TRP of the room but the light is broken and for that you are not able to seat in the balcony because you can hardly enjoy the view. Bathroom is very smelly and cause you vomit also. Bathroom dont have any bathroom fresheners. One light is also missing there too. So always it feel dark and shabby. Full of insects like lizard and spider. Hotel management has a very nobel MOTO SAVE WATER SAVE LIFE, but hotel hardly follow the same. Water tap always licking and wasting lots and lots of water. Water tap also broken so hot and cold water mixing is not working. Room has a color TV but it is broken and you can see only some messy, hazy, not clear black and white pictures. After repeated request and complain room service will visit but not to repair or solve the problems but to justify that at least the room has light and electricity what so if few lights are not working.

Bad quality music, rough behaviour, bad food quality. Waste of money.

19.11.20They are just looting people, Beer 125/-, they take 280/- 18.7.23 Beer 165/- , they take 340/- old paint, smelly , food quality is not so good. Salad is not fresh

Pathetic experience ever, today Ihad been there for lunch at A La Carta besis. But surprisingly they denied to serve roti with mushroom, because mushroom can be ordered only with fried rice. Besides of that on every oder they makes some changes as per there choise. Overall management is worst

Bar is located on Delhi Highway in between Dankuni and Bellu more ( Sreerampore). Quite a strategic location and just beside Steel Authority of India Limited ( SAIL). Bar has plenty of parking place for cars and two wheelers. Bar is quite crowded but with a little low profile visitors and dancers too are not classy. Food quality is very poor and really didn't liked it at all. Service is very slow and ordered food gets served after a long time. Contrary, drinks both hard liquor as well as beer is excessively over priced. Not much safely and precaution being seen by bar authorities and behaviour of staffs is not very polished. Overall, I not not happy with this bar and its services.
