worst STAFF at this outlet..i humbly request the senior management to kindly change your staff at the THE CHANAKYA MALL at the earliest. MISSELLING , RUBBISH BEHAVIOUR towrds clients ,.. and on top of it they dont even own up their mistakes and just wont to persistently argue.

Really poor experience for what is supposed to be a luxury brand. I bought a pair of refills for a montblanc meisterstuck legrand. The sales person gave me the refill for roller ball whereas I needed the refill for a ballpoint. I realized it a week later and went back to exchange the unused refill for the correct one. The sales person said they have a policy not to exchange any item - no matter whose fault. He very generously suggested I pay more money to buy another refill set for my pen! Unbelievably horrendous service and if this is Montblanc policy; then shame on them. I'm done with this brand .

Spoke to the store person to make a purchase which he said was out of stock and will arrive on Tuesday, 27th July. I have since been chasing him to respond, to send somebody over to pick it up for me. For the first time in my life, a buyer is chasing the seller! Very very very disappointed. Poor service Mont Blanc
