This travel agent is terrible. We asked to be placed in a 4 star heritage hotel property. After assuring us that we were in a top of the line hotel, He put us in a 1 star decrepit property (Jhalamund Ghar). Extremely old hotel with plumbing, electrical, etc. from the 1950s (minimal hot water, only 1 working electrical outlet in the room, no WiFi). Also, very old style bathroom, uncomfortable beds, no heat, threadbare linens, etc. When we complained and asked to be moved he has done nothing to rectify the issues. He is obviously getting a kick back booking people to this hotel. There is little we can do as he required our money upfront. Additionally, we were assured we would be traveling in a comfortable tourist van and specifically noted that we have tall as well as elderly family members. He has jammed us into a conversion van with little leg room. I DO NOT recommend booking your Jodhpurs trip through Monsoon Travel or Mr. Inder Sharma.
