Monsoon Apartments - Hotel in Kannur - Kannur, India

I stayed at Monsoon Apartments for a little over three weeks. I was visiting Kannur from New York to complete an Ayurvedic internship at a nearby hospital. I stayed there with my father and 20-month-old son (my husband joined the last week). I was nervous initially not knowing what to expect but the other reviews were great (but not that many). I am so glad I made this choice! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. My son had a blast just running around the apartment :) The bedrooms were very comfortable as well. However, more than anything, the hosts were the most gracious. Mr. Adnan met with me on the first day to hand over the keys, helped me carry the luggage to the second floor, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even after the first day, Mr. Adnan was only a phone call away with any assistance I needed. The apartment was a few minutes away from the main road so he helped call over a rikshaw the first couple of days (after which I would call the rikshaw driver directly). One day, when the rikshaw driver was running late, Mr. Adnan was nice enough to drop me off at the hospital himself (after dropping my son off at daycare first. Mr. Adnan's wife, Mrs. Reema was also a wonderful host and an incredible cook! One meal was complimentary and on the last week there I paid for dinners but it was more than reasonable. The food was honestly so so so good!! I can't rave enough about it. Oh one more thing, Mr. Adnan stayed at the property (even though he doesn't live there) to make sure his guests feel safe and comfortable. I thought that was super thoughtful! If you're considering staying here, don't think twice! You will not regret it! Before booking through here though, you might want to reach out to the owners personally. Disliked * Honestly can't think of anything I didn't like during my stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful home stay(Monsoon Apartment) with my family and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the breathtaking ambience of the home. The lush green surroundings and peaceful environment that instantly put us at ease. The host ( Mr Adnan sir) went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. From the warm welcome we received at check-in, to the attentive service we received throughout our stay, we were made to feel like valued guests. We enjoyed strolling through the gardens and the complimentary breakfast that was provided was delicious. Overall, our stay at the home stay was a truly wonderful experience, and we couldn't have asked for more. We would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for it .

A peaceful place to relax and be yourself. Rooms r good. All bedrooms have AC. Neatly maintained. All were greeted with warmth. A MUST PLACE TO VISIT AND SPEND GOOD TIME. You will carry good memories when you get back home.

Out of the blue, a girl who isn't particularly fond of travelling chooses to take a trip by herself. An chance presented itself at the wedding of a very close friend. And so, after the wedding, she checked into one of the most luxurious homes she'll visit on her journey. A woman who had been nervous about travelling alone for the first time decided to put her anxieties aside and check into the Monsoon Apartments, where she found calm, quiet, and an abundance of greenery. The house was spotless and immaculate as the young woman stepped inside. She was planning to spend the next two nights in the apartment with two bedrooms. Her kitchen was spotless, stocked with necessities like milk, sugar, tea, and coffee, as well as a microwave, water purifier, gas stove, and refrigerator. Even a girl who is scared of hotel bed spreads would be able to decipher her perfectly made bed because it was covered in clean, crisp linens. The girl did not want to utilise the house because of how spotless every room was. The offered breakfast is so tasty that one would not want to stop eating it. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, ideal for individuals who need to get away from it all yet don't want to give up the comforts of home. If other solo travellers, especially female were looking for a comfortable, secure, and exemplary stay, this girl would strongly suggest this place.

Of our three long trips to India, Monsoon Appartment is one of the best places we have stayed. Our host and his wife were particularly welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. the apartment is very clean and well equipped for a stay of several days or even weeks. The furniture, kitchen utensils are complete and like new. An address that we recommend unconditionally for a couple or a solo woman.

Very beautiful place and well kept, washrooms are spick and span, spacious kitchen with all amenities, wonderful hosts, peaceful location. Drive to beach is 20 mins. Last but not the least, owners are very friendly and gives you all the privacy one needs.

Liked * Adnan and Reema were delightful hosts. From the time we arrived at the station till we left they've been nothing but helpful and welcoming. Adnan had helped us navigate to the hotel by speaking to the drivers and ensured we were settled in upon arrival. The breakfast that was delivered in the mornings were also super delicious. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the premises were beautiful to wake up to.

Stayed with family in this 2bhk spacious house. It has fully equppied kitchen. We cooked dinner here. Rooms are spacious and were neat. Breakfast was served in the morning. It has a beautiful garden where one can relax and enjoy the peacefull locality. The host is very helpfull and looked after us very well. Tip - Call the host before reaching to get the best approach road to the property.
