We enjoyed the Uttarakhand trip very much with family and new friends. Service in all over aspects was excellent. Thanks to Monpakhi Globetrotter.

If you complain anything to tour operator they don't provide any solution and say "Do whatever you can do". We faced lot of problems in our whole tour. At ravangla hotel(Rabong valley Resort) we got lunch at around 4pm. They served half cooked rice and only Dal and Aloochokha. No water in hotel rooms and also some room geyser are not working. Rooms are not cleaned. Room wall and roofs are damped.

There are a lot of problems which we have faced... 1. The food quality server was not good it was just made somehow and it was cold. 2. The bus which we had got for traveling from one place to another was not at all comfortable. 3. They took a lot of money but the tour was not worth it. Other travels took 21,500 /- and their package included three tier ac train and also they roamed panchmari and amarkantak. If these issues are recovered fast then the trips with this travel will improve..

Excellent service in all aspects (food, stays all are excellent)

This was my first trip with Monpakhi and also my first trip with my 19 months old child. Was a bit nervous taking my kid out so far for the first time but thanks to Monpakhi.. the Goa trip was just awesome. Not only they touched all the important locations but also made it a comfortable stay for us. The resort booked was very near the beach and they bring their own cook wherever they go. So the food was not only delicious but also very homely and the menu was never repeated. The best part was they made separate food for the baby as and when requested by us. The extra effort they put is extremely commendable. Would highly recommend one and all to avail the service of this tour operator, specially if you have an infant with you.

Run by a young enterprising couple who love adventure, good food and are driven by their passion for travel. The locations and properties where they keep are also very clean and hygienic. Travelling with them is an experience that one must not miss!!!
