Joined the gym about 2 years ago.
1. Location - 5 mins walk from GhoshPara bus stop or 7-8mins walk from Sinthee More X-ing.
2. Space for workout - Quite limited, during peak hours you will barely get enough space for even warm-ups.
3. Trainer - separate trainers for men & women. The female trainer used to come only for 2days/week, that also for few hours in the evening (in case if you miss to come, no one will be there to guide you, and even if you're attending "that day" you're hardly gonna get any attention from the trainer, you have to call her everytime to show or guide you with the exercises.
4. Overall experience - Average. If you're looking for just a gym with equipments @affordable prices (also if you don't really care if the trainer is attending you or not) then this is the right place for you, otherwise not. You better add more to you budget to get yourself enrolled into a gym where you get a proper trainer or expert all the time.
Very small place. Subscription wise gym is ok, byt no special kind of training is done here, trainer available for two days a week. Well sanitized place.

Its a good place for workout. The trainer is good... The fees is 700 for a month... They also have package system.. if i am not wrong they provide 6 months and 1 yr package.. the rate is very affordable.. they also have a yoga section...
