20 to 30 mins drive from Kolkatta Airport in the salt lake area. Has more than 100 rooms and the regular rooms are priced within 5000 INR. Good restaurant. Excellent reception and follow up for every guest. Close to the east Kolkatta wetlands. Clean and tidy rooms. Good place to stay for travelers who prefer to stay close to the airport in a budget hotel.

There is a lack of communication between duty managers. They don't know how to talk to a guest. When I asked the duty manager the next day about the meal allowance, her tone of voice was not good, not polite and it seemed like she was forcing me. Meal was good and staff also very helpful.

It's a four star hotel located right next to Wipro office in Sector 5 Salt Lake. Reception area and corridors with rooms are quiet nice. However I didn't like the terrace banquet much. Although the pool and rooftop ambience were really good. Food was okay ish. However service was quite good.

NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED The room was well,but it missed proper room lighting kind of not bright at night. I had buffet meals booked in my stay.(lunch/dinner) but firstly there was no buffet arranged on 10th oct 2023. Plus making it worst the staff had striked off the starter in the menu that was printed. STRANGE WHERE U BOOK LUNCH , which is buffet , BUT U DONT GET IT! Plus the odacity of the Waiter and the staff they said to select whatever I want in the menu list . To which I argued and said that it is buffet why do I need to select in it.... the team involved there is absolutely "BOGUS" & CUTTING DOWN THE BENEFITS TO THE CUSTOMER. They are doing FRAUD AND if asked anything they say management said. Did management said to cuttle down the services then Why it is being charged extra money?

Food is average. Not upto mark of a 4star property. Service certainly is below par. Location is the USP. This is basis the claim that it's a 3-4 star property.

The reception smells a bit, the corridors too. I'm not sure why this was rated a 4 star property. The reception needs to be a bit more considerate and show empathy towards the guests. The best thing is service, other than that the food was ok. I would suggest to go out and explore in terms of food. If my company would have given me a choice, I would have opted for some other hotel for sure.

This is not a 4 star hotel! Please stop giving false ratings. It's only worth a 2 if not 1 star hotel unless they step up and improve the overall maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness. The staff are not very well trained as well. Unless they go for a total makeover and deep cleaning it's a 1 star hotel. Period. Regretted our stay there. There's nothing worth a star about this hotel except the location and the breakfast buffet wasn't that bad. We were shocked to find the state of the hotel rooms which were so old, stained and smelly with hair all over the linens. Bathrooms were very badly stained.
