This year, I decided to join the ghoulish festivities at Monkey Bar in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. As I stepped into Monkey Bar, the dimly lit ambiance immediately set the tone for the spooky soiree. The bar was transformed into a haunted haven, with cobwebs, eerie lighting, and jack-o'-lanterns adorning every corner. It was the kind of atmosphere that sent a shiver down your spine and made you wonder what could be lurking in the shadows. What truly added to the Halloween vibe was the staff. The servers were decked out in Halloween bands, masks, and other quirky props that not only added to the festive atmosphere but also showcased their enthusiasm for the occasion. Their infectious energy was the perfect accompaniment to the eerie decor. Of course, no Halloween party is complete without some delectable treats, and Monkey Bar didn't disappoint in this department. I opted for the chicken tacos and the lamb burger. The chicken tacos were a delightful combination of succulent chicken, fresh veggies, and a zesty sauce, perfectly encapsulating the flavors of Mexican cuisine. The lamb burger, on the other hand, was a mouthwatering creation that brought together tender lamb patty, flavorful condiments, and a soft bun. These dishes were not just delicious but also had a Halloween twist in their presentation - an absolute treat for the taste buds. Now, let's talk about the drinks. Monkey Bar is renowned for its innovative cocktails, and their Halloween-inspired concoctions were no exception. I decided to try three whiskey-based cocktails, and each one was a unique blend of flavors and spirits. From smoky and robust to sweet and spicy, these cocktails were like a potion that transported me into a different dimension. In summary, my visit to Monkey Bar in Vasant Kunj for their Halloween party was a spooktacular adventure. The dimly lit, haunted ambiance, the spirited staff, the delectable food, and the bewitching cocktails all came together to create an unforgettable experience. Monkey Bar @ Vasant Kunj is one of the most cherished finds. Loved the place, decor, vibe & the smiling Service. The place is a must visit for feeling those greens outside full glass walls with apt lighting that lights up like stars in the pyramid space. Good thing is that they have not cluttered the space and that brings openness to the place. Perfect place for a formal date or to chill out with friends with ample parking around.

The ambience is amazing.They have free games like billiards ,foosball and other board games ,making it a good friends meetup spot. Service is also appreciable and food just adds cherry to the top. There are too many options on the menu, making selections challenging.

Monkey bar brings the Pub meets Restaurant vibes in a cosy "Gaze the sky" architecture. Despite being massive, the ambience of Monkey Bar is inviting and warm. Wood floors, rustic furniture, leather bound chairs, bare-brick style walls, and fooze-ball and pool tables set the tone for the evening. A must visit: An extensive alcohol menu, affordable prices, friendly staff, and good music. Food is surely going to hit the spot with its newly launched Indian nibbles and conventional global fare. The cocktails we tried were Pom Pom cola,Manga and South Delhi sour. Pom Pom cola had cola base mixed in with in-house pomegranate cordial along with lime juice and Old monk,just amazing. Manga is their signature since beginning and has Aam panna based vodka special and tastes great with dash of cumin and salt. South delhi sour is perfect amalgamation of whiskey and wine.Whiskey meets Sangaria with magic foam and hint of sweetness is something must try. In infusions sorbet Ginto is highly recommended.Guava flavour is just unmissable. The new Indian menu is a treat and heavenly affair. Kerala roast chicken served with mini Uthappam is a blast of flavours and perfect accompaniment to the drinks. Lagabi mutton kababs brings the Kashmiri wazwan flavour and tastes so perfect. Conventional fish and chips comes with so many dips and are served hot and crisp. An interesting take on Nihari and kulcha is served in the form of stuffed Nihari kulcha with gravy. The food doesn't fail to impress and so are the drinks.

One of the beautiful bar restaurant for hangout/dineout. Food portions are really good and delicious. Food price depends on what you order on that. We were 3 person and ordered one beverage & four item (all non veg). Bill amount was approx rs 2400/-

Good place for party. Good interior with reflections of glass. Food is not good. Not too many options for vegetarians. Non-vegetarian have also limited options.

This place is near Kotak Bank in the middle of the park, with a beautiful walkway leading you to the entrance of the restaurant.The place is huge, with different kinds of seating and a play area where you can play while waiting for your food. Live bands sing every Thursday, especially on a curated menu where you can try exotic things made of good-quantity ingredients. We started with their famous Copper Monkey drink, which is a concoction of GIN Lime muravva, sweet and sour, topped with tonic water and Beefeater. Next was Side Car having Brandy, Orange brandy, orange, and lime juice. I enjoyed both drinks while waiting for the food. In terms of food, we started with Butterfly Veg, a dish that should be tried by all vegetarians, filled with crispy paneer and cheese, tossed with black bean sauce, and pepper in a butterfly shell. Samosa Chaat was something unique that was served along with Moong Dal and paired well, but I won't suggest it as they have many other things to try. Mushroom tikka is also one of the dishes that you must try. It has a tangy flavour and is served along with chutneys, but trust me, you won't need any as the marination of Tikka is so good that you will end up eating all the sticks in one go. These button mushrooms were served on sticks, which was good, and I enjoyed eating them. The place is perfect to spend time with your loved ones while gazing out at the stars in the sky and enjoying food and drinks. Do give it a try if you want someone to feel special!

Great food, creative menu, and a good ambience. You could enjoy the sunlight streaming in through the glass, just look up and enjoy the sky hues or simply enjoy the lights and the Aircon, as per the time and the month you visit. The grilled fish in mustard sauce was terrific!
