Santosh Malap called me in the morning and told me to take it over.....I am very thankful to the owner and staff for delivering my order on time even in such rain....excellent service...excellent cake quality...

Very poor service. Do not respond to calls. Do not give proper service. They Don't care to reply. Not expected from monginis.

Monginis in Chiplun.. wow.. the cakes are awesome, always fresh, have tried almost all their pastries. but my favourite is the ferroro rocher.. its the only place i order cake for my daughter's birthday. The owner is very friendly and that reflects on the staff as well.. the staff is also helpful and professional...
