Nice place good cleanliness, mostly hospital in this park have a parking space for two wheeler and four wheeler, also it have a Aakash coching institute and Hakim's aalim hair and beauty lounge and a Kora cloths shop.

Mondeal business park is situated near famous Gurudwara in Ahmedabad. This commercial complex is very well designed and is maintained quite well. Enough parking space is available in the basement of this complex. In the centre part of this complex, a cafeteria is available, where one can have tea/coffee and breakfast.

Very organised but the parking is a little away. Takes one visit to understand how to find the blocks through the basement. Better to go a little early if you have an appointment.

It is not exactly a Business park. It is a combination of retail area and business. Underground parking is after you cross the main area and turn on the lane which is adjacent to the Gurudwara. Most of the buildings are two story blocks, some companies own or rent more than one block. You will see assorted range of security uniforms worn by frail guards who can act as your guide to find the right office. Most of the companies and retail are up market. Would not consider this a landmark as Gurudwara next to it is a well known place. But this is a good, clean, and well maintained area.

Very well structured. The thing I like the most is good parking facility. Having hospitals, pathology radiology centre, fashion shops and stem cell centre.

This place is ok for a small business as you can hire a small venue as office for your business. It is a huge building with multiple business on site.
