Monarch Suites, Goa - Service Apartment in Goa, Candolim - North Goa, India

It was nice stay for our two days visit. The owner and the caretaker are good person. We stayed in a two BHK apartment in Sun & Sand Apartments . All essential amenities were present. Even inverter is present in case of power supply failure.

Clean rooms. Good place to stay near candolim. No disturbances from other people. A good residential apartment area

This is a housing society which is converted into holiday homes. The rooms are decent with a good washroom and a small balcony. The pool is also decent. Location is ok. There is no service as such as it's more like a holiday home. Rooms have a microwave oven and an electric kettle along with some utensils and cups. Decent stay.

Rented a studio and 1BHK. Pros: pet friendly budget stay. Cons: service was not good. Wifi didn't work. Staff was not polite. Infact the staff was so rude that they asked us to leave two pools ( we were told they had pools but apparently they were for particular building blocks)

Place is nice and the host is cooperative but the host doesn't provide fresh towels on a daily basis.

good but a very small apartment. tourists are not allowed to use the big swimming pool so they have to use the kid's swimming pool.

Very nice, clean and homely environment.. Everything was in place.. Caretaker is always just a phone call away.. Market, beaches, food joints are very close.. Mr. Nishant is very humble and a wonderful host.. Would recommend this place for an enjoyable and hassle free trip.. Thanks :)

It is a nice and clean apartment to stay in Goa. The location is also very close to candolim beach and main market. Must stay here if you can cook by your own as there is no room service facility available because it is an apartment not hotel. Make sure the care taker provides you a sealed water bottle because he didn't provide us a sealed water bottle.
