This Hotel was booked by me multiple times but this time I was highly disappointed by their behaviour. I checked into the hotel on Sunday afternoon and booked for 2 nights. Due to an emergency admission of a close relative to the hospital, I had to check out of the hotel by 5 pm on same evening. I requested the hotel to refund atleast my Monday night stay because on a Monday it's not like they lost out on any booking. They absolutely did not co-operate. They have basically kept my money without me actually using the room. For a refund they demanded a doctor certificate! They really wanted me to tell someone else who was admitted to give a doctor certificate!! I have stayed at many places but this has been the worst experience. Firstly the hotel is not some brilliant property. Second, they asked me to send an email to almost 5 to 6 departments explaining my situation. One important aspect of hospitality industry is putting your clients to easy and helping them with everything possible. This is just sad. It wasn't even a weekend booking that I asked to refund. Please don't book this hotel. Pune has many more cooperative hotels and friendly staff!

One of the better 3 star hotels in Pune. The service was good and appreciated. Stay was quite enjoyable. Dinner and lunch served was quick and the quality was fine as well. They provide a microwave, safe and refrigerator in the room itself in case it is needed. A breakfast buffet is available for guests as well which needs improvement. Overall I would recommend staying in the hotel.
