Great hotel in the Bangalore city center. The hotel staff were very polite and courteous. We checked in late at night and went to the hotel's restaurant. The hotel staff ensured the ordered dishes were prepared with less spice for our little one and made us feel very comfortable. Our stay was very pleasant and we also enjoyed getting clicked in front of the 200 year Shivalinga tree in the hotel premises. I strongly recommend Monarch Luxur for a pleasant stay in the Bangalore city center.

Not worth the price whatsoever. The room looks very outdated with ancient furniture and water seepage in the washroom. The flush was broken and stuck together with tape, the AC wasn't working and there's no way to set temperature the way you like it as well. The breakfast buffet was horrible and there was one waiter for all the tables, service was really bad. The rook service is also pretty bad. They had left drenched towels in our new room and we wanted fresh towels and had to call them about 5 times just to get them. I CANNOT BELIEVE I paid 8.5k for 2 rooms here for 1 day with such rubbish rooms and service, when hotels like THE PARK are priced almost the same with way way better standards and service.

Staying here very often, to be revamped for the cost we pay for. You can't expect everything in the hotel to work always. If you complain to reception they will not solve it either. Every time we check out we hear similar complaints. The sales head takes time to take our suggestions. Complementary breakfast the tables won't be clean they won't give water or fill water. We should keep asking for it. Breakfast is good. Dinner try to avoid non veg. Twice my chicken was not properly cook. Prime location

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Great ambiance with good service and right location to all shopping place. Healthy and hygienic buffet breakfast is excellent. Highly Recommend to this hotel. Looking forward to stay with my family and kids, if the give some discount on rooms. Please consider this.

The four days we stayed there we were literally treated as beggars and we ad to literally request them for anything including drinking water I.e. paid bisleri and they didn't have a chilled one saying we don't keep it in the fridge. When asked for a cold one they said there is fridge in your room, you an cool it for yourself. Very poor treatment. When asked for glasses they gave paper cups saying they do not have extra glasses in the hotel. We had a double occupancy room and had to everyday call for two towels at least 4 to 6 times. For Any toiletries required we had to request them for at last 6 to 8 times. Even the complimentary tea and coffee for in room kettle were not refilled unless asked for and followed up for. While ordering dinner we were given new rules everyday, they didn't have their tandoori working and instead of roti they suggest you eat rice or bread. No additional spoon or plates were provided and we literally had to given an explanation that we have additional guest in the room for dinner, only after which they sent us an additional plate but no spoon or fork was given as they didn't have any spare with them. The room bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed even once in the four nights we stayed there. When we requested for Fresh ones we were denied saying it will be changed on check out. We do not change be linens as required. These are some of the few difficulties we faced by the hotel management. The managers and restaurant people who take orders are just not cooperative and they suggested we stay somewhere lse or order food online if we have difficulties with their incompetence. I would definitely request all to not try and book this hotel for your stays..

I had gone there for an interview and it was a decent experience. They had a good enough conference hall where we waited and were given the instructions. We then went on to the rooms which were clean and spacious. They were getting natural light, as there aren't many tall buildings adjacent to the hotel. It was easy to locate on the map. Reaching there by bus or metro is not a wise option. One would have to walk about 3-4 km from the nearest bus stop or metro station.

Food is delicious. Staff is good, little overpriced however the location wise and amenities wise it fits for a 4 star hotel. Must for family rooms and business travels.
