Nice lodge with rooms clean and spacious. Service is prompt and polite. Canteen provides delicious dishes at an affordable price. Good to stay while in Bishnupur.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the enchanting Monalisa Lodge, and I must say, it was a memorable experience. Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes, this hotel proved to be the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway.
Upon arriving at Monalisa Lodge, I was immediately taken aback by its rustic charm and warm ambiance. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and impeccable hospitality, making me feel right at home. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly escorted to my room.
The accommodations at Monalisa Lodge were cozy and well-appointed, providing all the modern amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the window were an added bonus. The room was meticulously clean, a testament to the hotel's commitment to hygiene and guest satisfaction.
If you are going to Bishnupur for a weekend trip and you are searching for a budget hotel then it is the ideal place for you. All types of rooms are available here. It is situated in a prime location where you can find all the necessary things like restaurants, medical Stores, grocery stores nearby (maximum 5 minutes of walking distance). All the people related to the lodge are well behaved and cooperative. If you want to explore all the historical places and temples out there, they have an option of toto, you can book it from outside also, it's totally your choice. We were 4 people and visited 10 to 12 places for just rs 400 (taken from the lodge). Just one negative thing was they don't have a dedicated parking spot for two wheelers. You have to park your bike outside of the entrance gate for the whole day and at night you can park it inside the gate which doesn't have any kind of shade.
Clean and spacious rooms, bathroom is clean and so is the linen. Pocket friendly and close to the temple clusters and market, staffs are friendly and helpful. Loved my stay here will recommend staying here, their property is huge
In single sentence I can say Value for many.
This Hotel located at the heart of the Tample Town Bishnupur. You can roam around every corner of the city hassle-free. Rooms of this hotel is clear and clear, budget is worthy. Staffs are quite good. But don't expect any 3 star or 5 star hospitality experience. It's simply value for money. And you can easily avail any kind of food outside the hotel, all kind of resturant, food stall, fuchka stall, pan stall, tea stall etc available in just 1 min roaming distance and in any direction.
Not recommend at all.
You will find many better hotel within same budget in Bishnapur. Rooms are not at all Good. We didn't stay after visiting the hotel rooms.

We have wonderful memories of this trip. I am traveling with my ailing mother and Mr. Goswami took special care for her too making our tour a memorable one. Located almost at the heart of Bishnupur, Jalsa Lodge is THE BEST, if you plan to visit.
I recently visited a cozy little cafe in Bishnupur, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the menu had a great variety
