We literally waited for half an hour before they taken order. I had this same experience multiple times. I don't know what is their problem lack of staff? Anyway the ambiance is good. Only thing is they need to improve the service.

They have a good bar with a great collection of mild and strong beer. The service is fast and the food is tasty. Ambient light and AC is good. We had a good time. We tried panner 65 and dragon chicken for starters.
