Excellent facilities. Hygienic food and clan rooms. Supportive staff. Close to MG Metro, Maruti Suzuki. Share autos available.
An excellent PG with all the necessary amenities and decent sized rooms. I've personally seen a lot of PG's and this is possibly one of the best. The food is also good and said to be the best among PG's in sector 21,22,23,24. The manager is also dedicated to his business and is supportive. They've recently bumped up their prices a bit. A single room will start from 16K/month while double sharing rooms cost 11K. Rooms are much larger than any PG I've seen so far (about 18ft by 20ft + balcony) and come with an attached kitchen and toilet. Cleaning is done every alternate day and washing machines are also available for personal use. The surround area is full of shops with everyday items, groceries and food. If you're planning to stay within 5Km radius of this place, don't think twice and book a room before they run out!
Thanks to the vision and endeavours of Mr. Baljit who has been successful in providing the best PG accomodation for working professionals at a very reasonable tarrif. The facilities and food is exceptional and incomparable to any PG accomodation in this region. The only request is that he should scale has model and add as many PGs he can to accomodate rising demand for moms pg.

Good pg facility but a bit overpriced and they charge different prices for the same bed to different people. My roommate was paying 7K but I was charged 8K for the same bed. Electricity rate is Rs7.8 per unit in the area but they are charging Rs10 per unit also charging 500 for police verification but in fact no police verification is done by them.
I am living in this pg, The best pg i have lived in till now. Improvement: price of gym should be added as part of rent. Thanks
