Staff: The service was good, and the staffs are professional and friendly. The Doctors are very attentive and gave undivided care for all. Facilities: Good infrastructure and the facilities are very accommodating. Good quality indoor furniture's, and other amenities provided. The area is very well maintained and clean. Children playing area is provided in the roof with small party area but need improvement in the following area, 1. Exhaust fan are missing and not installed properly inside kitchen and bathroom. 2. No ac in living room, no mirror inside the bathrooms. 3. Pest control required in the premises. 4. Foul smell in the kids play area. Food: The food was delicious and delivered on time, we had some comments on the quality of the evening snacks and hygiene, which we address to the staff and taken care off. Suggestions: Staff must use head net while packing and servicing the food. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but can be outstanding by providing and asking feedback during the stay and while discharging. The mother and baby were very well taken care at Mom's hub, though suggest some improvement required in customer service. And also the medicine were excluded in the package which was not communicated properly. We highly recommend the place for natal care and will visit again.

We felt that we got what we wanted. I think that such good service and care cannot be found in any other prenatal care. The staff are all very kind, Food, oil massage, bath, yoga, hair treatment, unspeakable services we got here Alhamdulillah. I am guarantor for those who choose pre natal care. Visited here to visit my relatives who is availing their services. Got a very good feedback from them. Their service is excellent with a professional team of therapists and two full time doctors. Most of other such establishments doesn't have a full time doctors. I found here a very good ambience with a positive vibe. Clean and neat every where.

My 30 days of post Caesarean stay at Mom's hub natal care in Manjeri was nothing short of exceptionally friendly but also remarkably professional.Especially Dr.Sabitha, Dr.Roshna, Reshma chechi, Remya chechi and Sujithra. The facility's cleanliness is also good. The cleaning staffs are super responsible on their work. Seenath thatha assistance in bathing the baby was very much appreciated and professional.The laundary attendant did their work with atmost care and love. The package charges were little high compared to other normal post natal care service centres, but i feel it was undeniably worth when compared to the services they are providing and the expenses of home based post delivery services. The peaceful environment,couples with the ideal location, ensured a disturbance free recovery period. The delicious food provided added an extra layer of satisfaction to the entire experience. Today,as i prepare to leave, i can't help but feel a genuine sense of gratitude and fondness for the care and support i receives at Mom's hub natal care. Without doubt one of the favorite place I have stayed during my time in mom's hub Manchri. Dr sabitha and Dr roshna ,who were extremely friendly.It was one of the best experience.The rooms are spotlessly clean,toilet was so clean,in food they offered healthy and good .I think all the minut details were taken care personally by therapist vismaya.The treatment time were very flexible, every therapist are good and well behavior especially sujithra,ramiyachechi babychechi,and Reshma chechi.seenath thatha's baby bathing is very nice and all staffs are very helpfull and well behaving.
