MOMOS @ THE MARKET - Fast food restaurant in Madikeri - Kodagu, India

This tiny restaurant have space for no more that 10-12 people, but it's the hidden gem of Madikeri. When you had enough dosas and curries there is this place. We came here two times and we were delighted by the momos and the noodles. It's tasty, is very cheap and safe. The chicken butter fried momos are among the best we tried, and the thukpa soup tastes like in northern India. 10/10

Very small place, has a cozy feeling and momos were served fresh and hot. The chutney was good and so was momos but to my liking the coating was little thick than usually I have tried.

Go-to place every time when in Madikeri, for piping hot Momos, soup Momos, Thukpa, noodles et al.

Awesome Momos finally! The best Momos i have had in recent years after the Tibetan Market Brigade road Bangaluru ..this will be the place. Momos with the spicy red chutney / sauce are inseperable and only a few momo joints in India offer the exact red flavourous and hot chutney which makes the momos worthwhile. This place is right in the heart of the Madikeri market area, however it is a take away joint as just 2 tables to sit but that should not stop you from trying this place, you can take a parcel and have those awesome momos in your car, they will be steaming hot still. A must try place for Momos in Madikeri...Go for it.

I loved it so much that i went there twice in 20hrs... affordable as well...

I had steamed momos and spicy sausage. They were both delicious and i had my lunch for just 75rs.

Lovely place and the best momos you can find in whole dakhsin kannada they couple who work their are from darling and they serve authentic momos so a place you must try for sure
