Shilpi mam's classes were very informative. As first time parents living alone, we were very anxious and overwhelmed, and her classes made us feel prepared for the baby. I live outside India and I took one of the classes here as well which had the same content, her dedication and way of explaining was very nice and she also gave us a lot of time to answer our queries.
I attended antenatal labour preparation sessions by Dr Shilpi. Her sessions, her knowledge pool is such a gem. I'm a first time mom and nothing could have prepared me better in terms of labour preparation exercises, labour pain management, fourth trimester preparation. I'm really glad i found her.
Hello Shilpi ma'am, I would like to thank you for your wonderful and informative sessions of Lamaze and Prenatal yoga sessions. You were very patient through out the session to answer all of our queries. Your guidance helped me and my wife for normal delivery. You were always available on phone during the delivery date to guide us whenever we needed your advise and support. My wife was really happy after attending your yoga classes and she was more prepared and flexible since the day she started pregnancy yoga with you. Looking forward to stay in touch with you. Dr Shilpi is v knowledgeable. With her wide experience she helped me in easing the time during and post pregnancy journey. Her sessions are v interactive and i was able to clear all doubts regarding nutrition during pregancy, labour sessions, breastfeeding and then starting solids. Must consult her for any doubt or gaining knowledge during the course of motherhood.
