1. IVR / online appointment system is complex. 2. Zero discount provided by the medical store. Very expensive. But plus point is that the batch number, expiry date, etc printed on bill were exactly same as printed on the medicines. So there were no discrepancies in the bill (except minor difference in MRP of one medicine). 3. AC was not working when we visited. Waiting room was hot, congested, & suffocating. 4. Difficult for patient to climb the X Ray bed. Same issue with the examination table in doctor's chamber. (This rating and review doesn't reflect the doctor's treatment. This review is solely about basic amenities, management, comfort, etc)

Dr Dinesh Aggarwal doctor is good but timing of the doctor is to poor . Doctor see pateint in momentum clinic from 8:00 pm which is not a good sign patient faces problem regarding timing
