Please arrange a duty doctor on every week Sunday. Once a time my baby is sick in Sunday at the same time no one (doctor) has in hospital. So I'm very disappointed at that time only.
Otherwise treatment is good at anytime for babies. Dr.Thiyagarajan sir advised kindly to parents it's good and keep it up.
Hospital is clean and neat, well organized. Coming to the treatment, problem is very well diagnosed and treatment is exceptionally good without any over dosage which is must for infants and children. As well, doctor is very cautious about giving antibiotics. To be noted, advise given to go with the home remedies for initial 2 days and related youtube videos helps a lot.
Just a suggestion, be cautious about communication being used not every parents receives same way, passive communication rather direct is fine.
Organizing the appointment Booking with dedicated booking timings would help to attend at specific scheduled time rather waiting for long time, everyone has mobile phones nowadays.
Ofcourse real time issues are there in implementing. Just a suggestion may be, people coming first time directly can be given priority in a specific interval based on number of patients in a day. Can be plan better to avoid waiting time. All the best.
The worst experience ever had, worst behaviour of staff and doctor. At first time he seems to be good but last time he didn't listen our words.Big hectic day for us. More than your medicines your words and your way of approach helps to recover and give positivity But yours and your staff attitude gave us big headache only.

I would have given zero stars if there is an option.. Worst Experience Ever .. After seeing all the positive reviews I thought am I the only one feeling this.. Unskilled and manners less nurses they didn't even know how to treat patients. If you have cold he will have a video, if you have stomach Pain he will have a video and if you say the problem more the once he will say your child is lying and seeking your attention. Not at all seeking for solution.. waiting time is long and nurse's are rude if you complaint about this to doctor he will say if you can't wait means go home come at another time . Is this the correct way to response? Would never visit or recommend to anyone..
Not happy with the treatment and attentiveness.
1. Place is not clean to bring a kids over there.
2. Overcrowd - better to have a max cap for OP.
3. Nurses/Sisters are not well educated, and not attentive and NOOO responsibility.(Watching TV serials always).
4. Doctor is not easy approachable, Just have to listen what he says.
Taken our 1Yr kid over there for flu and put us in a pathetic situation. NEVERE RECOMMENDED.
By 12:30PM I have taken my child(2.5 years old) to hospital with 100.6 fever, up to 2:30PM we have waited, but there was no response, then i have taken my child for lunch and came back by 3:30PM, they asked us to come by 5:00PM, again I have taken my child by 5:00PM to hospital, but they have registered in evening register and given 8th token, more than 5 hours we have waited but there was no response from their staff. So please don't take your child here, they will waste your whole day and your child's health too.
