Almost two months have passed since I first started going to the classes. Being a new mother, I needed to lose weight and strengthen my back. I was initially exposed to Mokshaa Yoga at that time, and it has been an absolutely incredible experience. Since joining this community, I've become more flexible and physically stronger, which has reduced my stress. The Gurus here have a great deal of patience and experience. Overall, the experience have been outstanding.

Mokshaa yoga has helped my mom to recover from depression. Sir and mam have brought a whole new purpose to her life by keeping her active and having something to look forward to do in a day everyday.. They are great human beings who are more a family to us now over being gurus. They have given her the strength and motivation to face the world with a can do attitude. I would totally recommend this place for anyone who wishes to get out, do something meaningful that keeps them healthy and give them the mental peace. So grateful that we as daughters being away from home were able to find this yoga place and give our mom this wonderful experience.

Mokshaa yoga is an excellent place to practise yoga with appropriate guidance from experts. I have been going to moksha yoga for last 2 months , I feel like relieving from postpartum pains. Moreover Mr and Mrs.sathish are very friendly,efficient and approachable !

If you ask me about the Mokshaa Yoga center, Neelankarai, from my experience, I will write stories. Considering others time to read, I will make it short :) Best Yoga center. Excellent coaching and hospitality. The moment you enter the yoga center, it's atmosphere, smiley welcoming from Sir and Mam, you will always feel so positive. They just not train yoga, they spend time and do counselling as well. I set a live example for an excellent transformation both mentally and physically. Complete credit goes to Sir and Mam. With no doubt, I would blindly recommend to any one from any age category to choose this yoga center.

The place itself gives you a serene and calming experience. Both the gurus -Sir and Maam have vast experience teaching and guiding new comers to Yoga. We always get a family like experience when interacting with them. I had taken Yoga therapy with them for my sciatica ( back pain - l3 l4 bulge). The therapy helped ease my pain and paved the way for recovery. Best place to learn and experience Yoga.

I am very glad for being a part of mokshaa yoga family. I joined 2 months back, have seen positive changes like visible weight loss,feeling energetic, getting motivated. The trainers sir and mam are well experienced, they give right instructions at right time. they suggests some diet to follow, that helped me a lot in my weight reduction. I started to attend classes from July 2022. Sathish sir's Yoga sessions were amazing and focused to help the practitioners get better health. I lost 5 kgs weight in 45 days, thanks to his guidance on Diet + Yoga sessions. Mokshaa Yoga center is by trained professionals and there are one-to-one, @home, Online classes available. They provide individual attention and I see good changes personally.

Moksha yoga, is one of the best yoga centre in the Chennai, with wonderful teachers, and a beautiful space which is quiet and relaxing. It is run by Sateesh Sir and Maheswari maam, who are both dedicated yoga teachers and genuinely lovely people. They communicate very well and make you feel very comfortable. Their directions are clear and precise so you're not looking up to check you're doing the right thing. They are very observant, constantly checking your positions are correct. Their classes are for all levels, and although you've worked hard you'll come out relaxed. If you have the opportunity do not hesitate to join them for yoga classes. I absolutely recommend Moksha Yoga.
