Wonderful & Divine venue for Yoga in Bhopal. Moksha Yoga Studio is undoubtedly one of the best places I have been to after trying a couple of other places. a) This place has really good trainers and it's important to start off right. b) such a clean and right atmosphere c) the packages offers you unlimited options and varieties of yoga. d) if you want to loose weight, it's again just the right place to be at An amazing place to discover yourself. Makes u strong mentally and physically. A definite treat for your body. A best way to take out every extra fat in your body. I highly recommend this place to everyone seeing this.
It is an incredible journey to discover ourselves as individuals and as part of a community. I feel my body changing every day practicing yoga and it helps me so much in so many ways. Their matured and holistic approach towards training is what appeals to me the most. Wonderful ambience and experienced teachers who are always there to help and guide. Joining Moksha yoga studio was one of my best decisions. It's constantly innovating and introducing new forms of yoga. The freshness of a new format every month coupled with several options with regards to its timings is an absolute plus. The instructors are simply great and accepting of any physical limitations one may have.
Moksha Yoga classes are a wholesome and effective experience that leave you with nothing but positivity and effective workouts, which when done religiously and regularly, show positive results. The teachers are kind, supportive and understanding and go the extra mile to make the experience a fun and comfortable one. It is one of the best classes I've been to.
Its an amazingly peaceful studio, very ideal for learning. The teaching style is unique and adjusted according to each student. Without a proper teacher its easy to get lost into the vast field of Yoga. but they made it all so easy by putting together the most relevant topics into his notes. The MYS experience did change me as a person in a huge way.
