Moksha cafe - Hotel in Malana - Kullu, India

Amazing magical place we have definitely left a piece of our heart there!! Our experience was like a dream come true. The food was exceptionally good, rooms were very cozy and comfortable. Providing all such facilities at this height of the mountain is something very challenging, but thanks to the owner he made sure everything was comfortable and was very welcoming. It's over all a very safe place for all family, couples & solo travelers.

One of the worst places ever we were there for two days....there were many things which were not right at the very first place washroom flush was broken we informed them and they changed our room...the next day there were some visitors who came to the cafe they were friends of the owner...we were 6 people and had two rooms they gave our other room to there friends without informing us we didn't say anything we simply took the other room the next morning they came with our bill in which there were charges of 10000 for the broken washroom...we told them that it was already broken and we informed you then they took us to the common washroom where the other flush was broken they said if you didn't break the room's washroom then you guys have done this one..we spoke to the owner of the cafe he misbehaved and also said that the other people who were staying there are his friends and they can't do it..you simply have to pay the amount or else the consequences will be worst..I would suggest the people going there if you are known of the owner then you can visit or else if you are new at this place please do not visit it's the worst experience ever

Such a beautiful place to just relax and enjoy the vibes of the valley and the people who are so welcoming. Really enjoyed the food and camp fire that was set up by the lovely hosts. Thank you so much for a lovely time!

overall I had great experience. Reaching there is quite tough. From Jari, it was almost 75-90min (16km) off roading drive thru mountains to reach Malana dam parking. From there we can either trek 5km or take 4x4 pickup to the top. Once you get down from pickup vehicle, we have trek for 20min to reach the property. Views from the property is amazing. Food was also nice. there are not attached bathrooms/toilet here. overall it was great experience

They are scammers all of the staff including the owner are frauds...if there is any damage in the property during your stay it doesn't matter if it was by you or not you will have to pay the charges according to them we have been there and the common washroom was broken there were many people except us they didn't even ask them about the damage because they were friends of the owner...they charged us 10000 rupees..at first we denied to pay the owner of the cafe was threatening us.

Other than location everything else did not meet the expectations. No problem with the pricy menu but that welcoming and accommodating experience was missing. We did expect basic / very essential provisions but that salutation was a major miss. We have been to remote places of Northern and North eastern regions but something was missing here. The valley was a sight to behold and sunset was in top 5. Good luck to all travellers

It's really Magical over there, one should must go once, dangerous road, but amazing place and trekking, beautiful snow Mountain View from our cafe, would like to visit again!

I truly recommend this place to stay in waichin with magnificent view of Parvati valley with delicious food
