Property owner denied to give me my booked room for which I already paid online. Manager wants more money. He was not even talking. I am very disappointed by behaviour and service. He was very very rude. I give him negative star rating. Never visits there in your life.
Worst experience with oyo, very worst , i paid completely on Oyo website and after reaching the hotel they have asked me to pay another half amount which i paid online, otherwise they are asking to cancel and collect money from Oyo, stop using Oyo services as I came to know that Oyo software got crashed and nothing working fine and hotels are mis using too
Actually I do not feel like giving even one star. We booked in Oyo for a rate, but they are not accepting. The rooms were in the worst condition. Not good for family and bachelors. Bad smell, unhygienic place.
Who said that I stayed in this hotel. I booked this hotel through booking app and when I went to hotel the management told online bookings not accepted only offline rooms available for Rs:1000/-. So yesterday I spoke with Oyo team they said within 48houes I will get payment back. Actually I wouldn't have given even 1 rating also.
Don't book this hotel online or on Oyo the hotel manager asks extra charges for check in and service is also not that much good, better to book lodge near stn. Waste of time to book and go.
One of the worst hotel service you will ever get. Not even responding for the booking done online. And changing the tariff when visited in person
