Hospitals doctor specially dr geeti puri is very good. But management is not good. They are totally rude with attendent. Mr Sunil bhalla patient relationships officer is so rude, he is totally failed to clear doubts. If any problem occur management don't handle anything.
Oswal College of nursing, ludhiana - really very disappointing and bad. Teachers treat students in a poor manner, hostel wardens don't even respect any parent and treats children badly. Very very bad hostel rooms+ washrooms. ILL mannered wardens don't even know how to respect+deal+care.
Very thankful to all..Doctors are really humble and ready to resolve all doubts. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission to discharge. The atmosphere of hospital was fresh, clean and energetic. Hospital was well organised and everyone working in the hospital treats its patients with respect and dignity. Food was also good .
The worst dental service, the Dr is so rude. He did negligence while doing my treatment for root canal and bridge. When I requested that I am still in pain after its been a year of treatment. He arrogantly said go and do case on me if you here to tell me my mistake. So rude and unprofessional man. The junior dr was polite and was one who did my treatment at first place when that so called main dr was busy. Pathetic services.. zero stars for being a responsible dr and empathetic towards patients.
