Mohak Palace DX. - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

Had comfortable stay. But try to avoid take room near reception as it will create disturbance in sleep. Overall decent place to stay.

I was really disappointed with the room I was given. It was not clean especially the bathroom door was rotten. The room had rat and cockroach. TV was not working properly first two days. Over all it was dirty, suffocating without ventilation.. One more thing wanted to let you know. The check in and check out time. Since we were to reach early by Rajadhani express I had called them and had requested if I can check in 2-3 hours early. They said yes. However they did not mentioned that I will have to check out also at 9.0 am. The day of checking out they told me that if I check out at 12 noon I will have to pay one more day rent. That was too much. We were upset and checked out at 9.0 am. In that mood we forgot to take the payment voucher with GST. Over all it was not satisfactory at all. I will never either go or recommend it to anybody.

Room Is Very Good But Manager Not Good Got a little late in the room check out, took his overcharge

We had booked the room on this hotel for a standard non ac room, during check-in time they given small room to us having no space, very congested toilet even a person can't stand properly, damaged bathroom doors, poor service, no heater.. Totally it was a bad experience, so I will not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Staffs and owner are friendly and very helpful.A hotel where you will feel like home.

Good place rooms are ok. Hot water was not available. Conjusted . ok for boys, who just want to rome delhi

as per price hotel is ok,from new Delhi rly station,paharganj side , cycle rickshaw will take RS 50// near by metro station is r.k.ashram.,from hotel to r.k.ashram metro e rickshaw will take RS 10per person.
