MOF - Gym in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

I absolutely love this multifunctional gym! It's a one-stop destination for all my fitness needs. The variety of equipment they offer is impressive. The cleanliness and organization of the facility are top-notch. I've seen significant improvements in my fitness level since I started coming here. Plus, the community atmosphere is fantastic; you'll find people of all fitness levels, making it a welcoming place for beginners and experts alike. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals! Cons: The trainers are not always ready to help and instruct by themselves. Only personal trainers gel well as they see potential prospects in you. They never ever have their geyser up and running across the year. They are never serious about this issue. I could have given 5 star if there were no cons

New facility with almost all the equipments that you would expect in a high-end gym. Interiors are really well done and give a posh feel. Personally I really like the lighting setup they have. Most of the equipments are of high quality and other amenities such as washroom, lockers, steam are great as well. Upkeep and cleanliness is good too. Parking needs to be done outside of the building on roadside. They have kept a guard to keep watch for that. Joined it in its early days and the membership was offered at a competitive price. Staff is cordial in general. Now the cons. - Personal training is very expensive while almost all the trainers don't seem to have 1/10th knowledge for that price. - With their size it would have been great if they had two set of multi-function station. There is always a queue for it. - While joining they promised a welcome kit which we never received even after more than 6 months. - Sadly they don't have good spin bikes - Mirrors are not cleaned as regularly as they should have been

It's very spacious with a wide variety of equipment. The best part is they have separate spaces for stretching, yoga or bodyweight exercises.

The infrastructure of the gym is very good...but i some how feel the reception staff and trainers at floor don't do justice to this place . The whole gym is brilliantly design but to good staff to back it up.

Spacious gym with well equipped equipment's. Hygiene is well taken care of in the gym. Trainers provide help when needed. Had a very good experience with Nandini as a personal trainer. Very clear in her basics, dedicated and she loves to train. She is tough but nice.

One of the biggest gym in Noida spread over 15000sq ft. On the best quality of the gym is that the trainers are very proficient and never leave you alone while exercising.
