Quiet & serene place. Well appointed rooms and lot of open area and huge gardens. Restaurant served nice snacks & meals. Many guards were there so its completely safe too. Well located near highway. Over all a great stop over.

It's quite a serene place, with great hospitality offered by the staff. It has a restaurant, a gym, a swimming pool, a pool table, a badminton court and a ground which which could be used for other recreational activities, all in good shape. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable and come with a balcony. Overall it's value for money. A big thumbs up.

The renovated rooms are really nice. You feel like a fish in an aquarium due to the large windows. Although in winter quite cold, and it took me a while to figure out how to turn on the water heater in the bathroom. Every time the water heater was on, the fuse would blow. The food in the restaurant was delicious though.

Best available facility around Continental plant. one of finest property for those who love resorts. There is a need of renovation in terms of doors, beds, mattress, as they give the impression of ages. In winters, the guest house is not able to maintain the temperature.

Modi guest house short time stay ke liye best place hai, tha par sab room vip hai, or yha ki green parking hai,my experience was best there, really was good place for stay, canteen is also available in side. U can do house riding..
