This diagnostic centre is well equipped and quite clean and hygienic. One of the better diagnostic centres in Purulia town currently. This place is situated just nearby Singhania Nursing home, and beside Saheb Bandh.
It's located in the Purulia near of Singhania Nursing home. The tests are expensive and the Staff's are not telling truth about the real time of Complete your tests. So you will bore easily . But doctor's behaviour is good .
The healthcare system of Purulia is already bad and there comes this kind of Pvt. Labs. They charge you money for their service and behave like they do it for free. I came here for endoscopy, You can't imagine the staff in that endoscopy room. "Oh god" she treats me like a criminal when I ask her ' when the doctor will come?' after half an hour (at 10 am) of that time (9.30 am) provided by them. Pathetic
This is the worst diagnostic center that you can go to. They have proved to be the most horrible place time and again. In my personal experience 1st time I went with my 72 years old grand father for xray and after payment and all other things were done, at the time of report collection they told that the xray wasn't done properly so they will have to redo it. The quality of report is pathetic, the prices are high and above all the behavior of the receptionist is such that if she doesn't help you then the your patient will die.
Improper diagnosis and results, inexperienced doctor did my friends report which was rejected by my friends gynaecologist, had to re do d procedure at a different diagnostic centre.Intrestingly it cost half of what modern X-ray charged.
Very bad service, don't go for USG and HSG test. Staffs behaviour very bad and always provide false information. Costs much more time than expectations.
Very unprofessional staffs. Don't follow proper queue for tests( especially for USG).. If you have connection, you will get.
Very very bad behaviour from recepionists.They are having much attitude to show off that no other usg centre without it exist in the world.
