I ignored all the bad reviews and booked it anyway. I booked 2 rooms a 1 month ago and when I went to check in they said no rooms available on the same floor, I was traveling with my family. We booked in modern villa but they gave us room in a hotel infront of it. The room has 4 small lights in total which makes the room too dark and stinky. Tv never turned on no matter how much i tried. Shower was not working , the door locks were too bad. One time my mom was inside the room and the guy went inside without even knocking with tea. We booked our rooms with breakfast but recieved breakfast only 2 days throughout our stay. Had to make several calls to get a cup of tea. Wifi was not working. Everytime a new person was serving the tea and bluntly asking for a tip.We asked to clean the room at 8 in the morning and left to visit places till 4 they didn't bother to clean it. And the worst my mom got a necklace (not gold) that's missing don't know if they throw it out while cleaning bcz it was in a paper bag on the dresser. You can see stains on the bedsheet, pillows and even the blanket. Very bad for a family stay

The room was really small and the wifi was not working despite our several request to check that. Also, early checkin was not allowed even when the request was made while booking. Overall, it was not at all satisfactory.

The hotel was quite good with proper features and the services were also satisfactory, the only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that I felt the room was a bit smaller than mentioned and place is relatively not near major areas but it was not that big of an issue. I enjoyed a couple of days in Modern Villa (Homey Suites). Overall I would recommend anyone not to hesitate staying here if you're confused. One of the rooms was big enough for a little party, room services were good enough to get us our needs quickly.
Very bad hotel...Firstly this is not hotel.They took old house and converted as hotel rooms.Staff are good.But, hotel is not at all recommended.
