Plz plz change the staff there not giving correct information to the patient And not telling correct timings to the patient By the staff hospital name going so bad and bad They are not giving importance to appointment patients then why we want take the appointment?

This is an great hospital for treatment. Good doctor who explains well about the problem we are facing. But this is purely commercial. First fee is 400/- to see doctor. Poor can't afford. As it's skin care you will be intimated to come again and again for checkup. But the validity of the consultation fee you pay is for one month or two visits in a month. If you go next time you might be paying again. So keep in mind this is not going to end with this 400/- consultation fee. Once after doctor checkup, prescription is not given to you as all doctors do. Prescription will come to their clinic and there too without purchasing full dosage of medicines you will not be given prescription. We all know the medicine doctor suggests will be for months (at least a month) so this is also a check. All prices are based on MRP. We all know in practical the pharmacies will bill much lesser amount than MRP. This is also another check. If you buy these medicines in some other pharmacy you might get for even low price but that can't be done here. So people pls keep all these considerations in mind before visiting hospital. Good treatment is important, but that should also be affordable.

Best for grabing money from patients, patients expected some trust worthy treatment from doctors to cure their disease but instead of treating they asked us to come again and again for so many times and told us their machine is not working after taking all the money. Asked to go to another hospital. This is one of the worst hospital I have ever went. Not worthful suggest you to choose wisely not money minded hospitals. Not to call the person penchal reddy as a doctor just taking the fees not atleast provide the treatment asked to go to another hospital ridiculous

Hospital is good and doctor treatment is also good But major drawback is reception aunty is very very harsh and rude she is talking very bad way and she is not respecting to patients , she treat patients likes ants Due to reception aunty hospital reputation got damaged but doctor don't know how receptionist behaved with patients This is not at all fair Purely disappointed due to reception aunty

Dr. Parvatha Reddy sir is excellent. But two aunties sitting in reception are ridiculous & rude with patients. How can they think that people coming from villages should take appointment. That two aunties send back the patients to home by saying that without appointment treatment is not possible. This is not America This is India all people doesn't have smart phones & internet to search in Google for appointment. That aunties are ruining the reputation of Modern skin care.

Dear All Such worst experience in hospital staff are very rude One lady in appointment counter behaviour is worst than any one Guy is too pathetic he is sending the patient without appointment they don't have proper behaviour Doctor as well outside patience are waiting for him from last 1 hours he is peaceful having lunch How ever doctor is good be needs to look for customers point of view My suggestion is I will not this doctor forever
