Title: experience of modern hospital Overall Rating: no star I recently experienced the services at modern hospital koottanaad, and here's my review: **Pros:** 1. *not*Expert Staff:** The medical professionals demonstrated no commendable expertise and professionalism. 2. **Not a Clean Clean Environment:** The hospital not maintains a high standard of cleanliness, contributing to a non hygienic atmosphere. 3. **No Timely Services:** Efficient scheduling and minimal wait times for appointments and procedures. **Cons:** 1. **Communication Challenges:** There were instances where communication between staff and patients could be improved for better clarity on treatment plans. 2. **Parking Issues:**

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE! My dad had a heart-attack and these people sent my father home saying that it's nothing but gas trouble. We had to take him to another hospital on emergency where he had to emergency angioplasty done. On later going back and enquiring as to why this happened, the hospital superintendent was extremely arrogant and said that these sort of misdiagnosis happen all the time and that he's not liable to keep a check on this. The hospital chief only comes here for 15mins a day, to collect money from the hospital reservoir and there is no one accountable here. I had to wait for an hour each on 2 separate days to even meet him and I was just met with arrogance with not even a question on how the patients health is doing, or asking about what exactly transpired. Terrible service. Terrible management. Terrible doctors.

Gynaecologist and pediatrician are good. Service from staffs are tooooo bad... Worst experience.

Very good hospital. Experienced doctors famous for women's. 24*7*365 days doctor service available here. Good child specialist. Available here. Neat and clean. Good staffs. Just i had a mistake seen their is no fast delivery of medicine at pharmacy. I request to the hospital administrator plz ask the pharmacy duty staff to delivery medicine fast to the required person. Check the list and do it fast . my wife was at labour room and i went to the pharmacy they made me wait over one hour for medicine. As i took the medicine and reached to labour room the staff asked for the medicine 3/4 times when reached the asked me do u don't know this medicine is urgent why u late they don't know i was late bcoz of the pharmacy staff so kindly try to deliver the medicine as emergency. Thanks to all doctors and staff

I think this(modern )name not matched for the hospital. Very bad services and not hygiene all over the hospital. @###&Rs&Rs#*&

I couldn't understand why they have only allowed visitors through paid pass???even we are paying them for all the consultants fee and all other charges includes room rates,cleaning charge etc...I ask the duty manager to give or show the written policy for the same and he was giving unsatisfying answers and was very rude. I was stand there for almost 15 minutes while around more than 60 to 70 people took the pass and went inside. These are the new business trick for the modern generation.just simply they are getting every day almost 5000 to 1000 rupees..if u calculate that in one month it could be very huge amount.. I don't mind to pay 10 rupees but these all 10 rupees we r paying for them for nothing..once I took the pass they r asking me to give it back on the gate which I reduce..security was doing his job but still he need to answer the question what we need to know..

I had a bad experience from this hospital.. the management didn't deserve a good manners.. I went to get a medical certificate for completing my wife's academic purpose..the management didn't gave it to me s by saying some foolish laws.. as a private hospital they have noanners and bad customer services.. very bad..now I decided to move through consumer court regarding my lost

Need to improve the facilities, especially neatness!....
