One the most affordable and comfortable gym in the locality....the staff is good and decent with professional skill Best part about the gym Is for both male and female counterpart the crowd is decent so you dn hv to worry about PPL judging you and u can do ur workout without any hesitation You get regular support of the staff and also CrossFit training and strength training is included in the routine over here ...thankyou

good for beginners, dumbbells only go up to 25kg, crowd isnt that great, owner talks to you while youre performing a set, music isnt great

They have all the equipments here...not to miss out.. The trainers train you really well with suggesting you a proper diet.
