My experience at Modern Eye Hospital & Research Centre was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the hospital at 11:00am for a routine eye checkup, and to my frustration, the actual eye checkup didn't take place until 12:00pm. The delay was already inconvenient, but it got worse.
After the eye checkup, I had to wait until 2:30pm for the doctor to finally review the reports. To make matters worse, the doctor displayed a complete lack of interest in discussing my concerns and didn't pay attention to what I had to say. This lack of respect for patients is inexcusable.
What's even more frustrating is that the hospital charged a substantial fee of 400rs for a normal checkup, which is a considerable amount for the service provided. The long waiting hours further compounded my dissatisfaction with the experience.
My visit to Modern Eye Hospital & Research Centre felt like a wasted effort and money. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against choosing this hospital for eye checkups. There are better options available that respect your time and value your concerns.
