Very worst eye hospital ever not recommend staff are highly worst I think Dr is good with staff that the reason staff are very worst with patients

No comments about Doctor and his treatment. Their appointment system is problematic because for just one appointment people have to come at 6 am and stand in line until 9 am, then they take 30 appointments for each day for next week and if we didn't get the appointment, we have to wait until the following Saturday and do the same thing. The staff is awful, they don't even know how to interact with people after the booking hours, and they don't even care about listening for a single word after the booking hours. It took me 3 weeks to arrange an appointment for my grandmother, and I even explained the severity of her eye pain but still, the staff didn't care.

The doctor is good but the appointment system is the worst. they provide appointments only on saturdays. Moreover they dont pick up calls on saturday. They should keep some alternative to get appointments. the receptionist is so rude she is not ready to listen. when i asked her to give an appointment , she told " take appointment in some other hospital as the appointments are full".the appointment system is way too bad

Didn't find any inconvenience with the staff. Got well service and a great doctor. For eye check up most of my relatives and friends visited to this clinic. No waiting of long hours. Registration is from 9am to 12pm(done on Saturdays only). Treatment cost also not so high. Consultation is from Monday to Friday. I recommend it.

Dr jayanth is brilliant. Period. Omg Staffs ! Pathetic to extreme. Rude, harsh , soup you down with loud voice. Never pickup phone for booking an appointment. They will ask you to post a letter , Then why the hell is telephone for ?!

Very very very worst staff. They don't even receive the phone. Patients from far places should run around them like dog.. getting appointment is the toughest job here..this worst management is spoiling the doctor reputation. Dr. Jayanth is the best but they should look into the issue which all the patients are struggling for getting appointment. Please change the policy.

Doctor is best, but landline is always dead so it's hard to get appointment for outstation patients. Don't buy spects from in house optical. Better get it online/outside, optician staff also quite rude. Refrain buying from him.

Best eye specialist in shivamogga, only 300 rs consultancy fees they tests our eyes three four types tests and if any necessity of spects they adviced spects, only one fake is ph appointment, pls dont try at ph. Appointment easily available only on saturday morning.come early morning around 7am and make que they started to writtten names at 8.30 am.u will get 100% appointment, take one day risk.
