Why name it Modern if all the equipment is so old that they won't function? Highly frustrating. I went to this centre for a LIC insurance medical checkup. The TMT machine was unbelievably annoying. First, I ran for the whole duration but was only told after the entire run that the readings were not appearing on the screen from the start! Then, I ran again but before I could finish, a power outage occured. After 15 minutes of fiddling, for some reason, the TMT machine was not compatible with the generator, as a technician who we waited 30 minutes for explained. By now, I had spent 60 minutes for this test. Finally, I ran the whole test again but to no avail and another 30 minute wait. So, having ran 3 times and spent almost 2 hours in a blue gown for the last test required, the staff suggested that I leave and gave me their number to call them the morning of another day to repeat the test. This was tiring for me and no wonder the machine didn't work, it was visibly old.

No delay in services. The behaviour of x-ray technicians is too good and Overall good service x- ray department. Keep it up..

Bet the staffs are high or something, went there to take few blood tests told me I'll get the results by the next day morning and asked them to mail me the report and gave the mail id as well, called them 7 times to mail my report and they were not even sure if the report was ready or not. If the reports aren't ready they should tell the customer that it's not ready. Why making them call them back to back instead.

Very rude behavior from receptionist. She was behaving as we were doing the tests for free.

Recently did a blood test and the experience was horrible. The staff behaviour is arrogant and careless. The reports are also not accurate(tested somewhere else and values were normal). Also they said they will send the report by whatsapp or mail which never happened until I called them multiple times and finally received the report after 5 days which makes me question the credibility of the results

Please don't visit this lab . Yesterday we took an appointment for bilateral Doppler scan of leg for my mom and they asked to come by 1:45pm today . Also my mom needs scan on urgent basis as she is facing severe difficulties in her leg. Then they have called today by 1:15pm and told that they thought she is pregnant and hence needed Doppler scan . My mom is 60yrs old and we have shown them doctors prescription while taking appointment. How could they can't understand Doppler scan for leg and Doppler scan during pregnancy by looking in to prescription. Then they have told in very rude manner that staff didn't know that one . That receptionist is very rude and she told then you do whatever you need . Please Guys don't go for this lab if you want to live little bit more .

Went for an X Ray and blood test. Very nice and supportive staff.
