Whoever came up with this idea, a big thanks to them it's really a great place to witness our roots and cultures, especially to the people who live in Urban Bengaluru who have never got a chance to experience all these in real life would love it. The visual treat to our eyes with the vibrant audio to each place or theme makes it more attractive, definitely a lot of study is involved to bring this up to us. So much of detailed art. The representation is so good that sometimes it feels so real and mesmerizing. Not only for kids, it's a great place for all of us to explore and gain knowledge. Rs.200/- INR per person was the ticketing price when we visited in Jan 2023. Since it was a public holiday the place was quite crowded. There are a couple of hotels or stalls to eat and drink as you pass by. They have installed water purifiers in between which is a plus. There are parking facilities for vehicles with charges. Best for a day out with your friends and family. Do give it a try!
Nice place to visit especially with city born kids as they might not be knowing enough about our villages. Parking - Ample parking is available at Rs 30. Tickets - are Rs 200 for adults and Rs 100 for kids on weekends, weekday Ticket Price 150. which seems on a higher side. But considering the way they have managed this entire property seems reasonable. This place is very good and they have demonstrated the entire village Life through models representing persons, houses animals etc. These model look very realistic as well. It easily takes around 2 hours to visit entirely. Next to this there is a big park with a children park inside that also can be explored. Foods - They have also eatable shops restaurants sort of in the campus where food items are available at reasonable pricing. They also have a Buffet serving restaurant present there. They also have horse cart ride also available there.
One of the best places to visit in Bangalore. It gives you a sculptural journey into the culture, traditions, religious events and lifestyles of karnataka's villages. The beauty lies in the perfection in each art. It is so close to realistic Visuals. Parking space provided. A canteen is located inside. You can visit the model village with tickets and without tickets. So many activities like horse riding, pottery and cycling are available. But we couldn't do any of these. Because we visited in the evening and all of the activities were closed. The place closes at 7.00 pm.
Very realistic models. Nicely maintained. Shows the rich cultural heritage of Karnataka. The ticket prices in Aug 2023 were Rs 150 for adults and Rs 100 for kids (age 3-12 years). Ample parking space available. A nice cafe/restaurant available for snacks or meal after visit. Highly recommend visiting it for a half day plan in Bangalore.
Very nice place with ample of parking space of course you have to pay for parking. Also food is very good and tasty but spicy.
Parking: 30 rupees Tickets: 150 on weekdays Village model demonstrating the rural side of Karnataka. Even the sculptures are decent, not eye can't but a decent effort to showcase the culture of various parts of Karnataka

Good place in Bangalore to showcase younger generation about our roots of how village ecosystem thrived. 1. This place was built by govt and later now run by private organisation on tender. Hence prices are slightly higher for pocket 2. Ideally suggest to spend more than half a day and show yourself and kids how different families ( right from farmer to blacksmith communities ) 3. Entry fee per person is 300 n food of North Karnataka buffet at 300 / other food options available 4. If the security ladies inside the premises can wear a nice traditional saree etc will be more pleasing for visitors

The environment was incredibly beautiful, with lush greenery surrounding the lake, mostly from the nearby military camp. The lake bed was filled with wild grass, making it look extra green. This was a great place for morning and evening walks, althou
