Mochi Shoes - Shoe store in Prayagraj - Prayagraj, India

It was ok when i purchased a light brown men's kolhapuri chappal from here but withing 2 months it's color started fading off. I gave it for repairment of broken strap-buckle as it was under warranty. They told it will be repaired and also polished and other flaws will also be corrected. It's been 20 days n i got no information from them. Finally i called them n asked for it, they told it's repaired, take it away. Let me tell you what they repaired is nothing, literally nothing, other than putting a BLACK strap-buckle on BROWN strap and it's design has been ruined. They totally have no clue of their policies i guess. It was truly unprofessional. I was not willing to give this 1 star also.

I have always liked their collection but now it's the worst place to go as they don't have anything good in terms of fashion as well as quality n on top of all just to call themselves brand they have increased the price lol starting price is 2k that too for cheap quality

I had been a fan of mochi shoes and it's style since last 15 years. I always come to mochi for latest designs but for past 6 to 7 years whatever I have bought, it had led me in shameful situations in front of others even after wearing those sandals just for twice. The life and quality of mochi shoes is constantly deteriorating and nobody can trust blindly and wear mochi shoes during any important occasions. Price is constantly increasing which is not worth it. Recently a sandal of mine which I purchase for approx.INR 2000 to 3000 got ripped off while I was travelling and I had to secure it with a tape to complete my journey which was really embarrassing. Adding it picture here. I have a wide range of collection from mochi and I would have added more pictures but could not as I have thrown all of those sandals. After being in such a long relationship with mochi I am leaving your brand as I could find many more promising brands that won't lead you in shameful situations in public. Thank you

Nice place to buy classy shoes and sandles , I visited here with my mother and bought her a new party wear sandle . They also keep stock of adidas and puma while the show room claims to be of moochi..... Near hot stuff crossing civil lines opposite side of PVR.
