Moby Perinatal Hub - Perinatal center in Manjeri, Pullancheri - Malappuram, India

I have been staying here for 2 weeks now with my family. Overall service is well and good, but there are still rooms for improvement. Pros; * Good ambiance * Located at a calm and quiet area * Food - good quality, quantity and tasty. Outstanding yummy Biryani, Ghee rice, Sambar, aviy, puuri, etc. * Friendly staff * Good post natal treatment for mother and baby * Daily cleaning checklist kept in each room to verify the cleaning quality * Daily bedsheet changing in one of the bedroom * Small but nice and neat play area for the kids Cons; * Cloths washing quality is not upto the mark, or even worse at some point. * Very bad foul smell coming out from one of the bathroom of Room #201 (from day 1), they are trying to fix it now. * No parking area with shade. Just parking vehicles in front of the building without any shade at this extreme weather conditions. Could have been better if there is a seperate parking area so that the kids also will get more space to play in front of the building. * The special food they are providing to the mother were not upto the traditional standards. After raising this concern, there are some changes and improvements. * The bedsheet of the bystander bedroom supposed to be changed every 4th day, but it's not happening most of the time until we remind them. * Safety concerns are very low. (1) Keeping the water dispensers on the walkway in front of the stairs (while water dripped on the glossy floor tiles) leading high potential to slip and fall may lead to serious head or back injury due to sharp edges of the stairs. Now they kept a cloth mat underneath, after I raised the issue.(2) Lots of cutting, welding and other building construction activities were going on on the top floor during our stay. I found many pipe pieces and screws,etc. were dropping from the top and even welding without any safety measures, while kids playing and many vehicles parked on the ground. No proper safety instructions or action were found implemented and I notified all of these to the concerned persons. * Due to the above mentioned construction activities, there were lots of disturbances for the day time sleeping of the mother and baby. * I heard that normally there will be occasional visits by management representatives to each rooms to get the feedback, but I couldn't see any such visit during our stay. * Little expensive Finally, my overall experience was satisfactory. But still they need to be much more cautious about the safety aspects as most of the inmates here are vulnerable groups (women, children and old aged parents). And definitely, need to have a small Gym setup and a Swimming Pool as well

I had wonderfull experience here especially the treatments they did for me and my baby.The staff and manager is well behaved and very quick responsive.

After my delivery I utilised the service from MOBY for next 30 days. It was really good experience with their hospitality, post delivery treatment, food etc. I really appreciate all the staffs and management for the service.THANK YOU
