Empire mall is a part of its parent brand motisham. This mall was once upon a time in Mangalore for all the cool stuffs. Unfortunately this place has seen its better days. Nothing's happening here. It's just a quiet mall but great parking space and alot of shops and outlets for sales or rent.

Mall is good, but escalator is not in working condition. You will find restaurant, super market, gaming center, company, food court, parlour, service centres. Famous places are : Cafe Coffee day, Chocolate room, Smoky restaurant, Rue 3 bar , Nilgiris super market. Most of the time mall seems to be empty. No place to sit and spend time .Private company such as :Global E-softsys , Novigo , Mothisham .
It was a very good mall when it opened. Eventhogh it is in a prime location, now not doing well. Nilgiris is the only shop most people visit. Otherwise when you walk inside the mall, it feels like a lifeless building.
There are 3 parking lots, so finding parking is not a problem. But the only place really worth going to is Nilgris super market. The selection is excellent. There a wide variety of grocery, bakery stuff, cosmetics, frozen food, snacks etc etc. I managed to get baking paper there. There's also a vegetable section there
A prominent and old shopping mall. Good parking space in the heart of the city. Good quality offices in 7 floors . Premium area. We had visited the offices of a prime builder in the Empire Mall. It had small shops and medium size shops in the basement and the ground floor.
