The picture shown is wrong, There is no Airtel store here. So no free service from Airtel. They will charge for all services. If u have any problems with Airtel SIM you can go to the nearby mobile shop. No need to spend money on petrol for going here by thinking it's an Airtel store.
Worst experience ever. I had docomo 2g SIM and wanted to change to 4g. To process this they charged me 50rs. When I ask customer service they informed their is no such charges to be paid. I have filed a complaint in airtel customer service. Waiting for their response Please do not pay them any amount when you go for sim upgradation
